Congressional Leaders and bloggers present as our President, George W. Bush signs into law the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act.

This bill will allow citizens to log onto a website that will list the federal government's grants and contracts. This bill will be a useful tool for citizens tracking where their tax dollars are being allocated by the government.

This is the first time that I've heard of bloggers being invited to a bill signing at the White House. No word if Arianna or Kos were present at this event. One wonders if they would have accepted a White House invitation?
