This french news crew seemed unimpressed by the spectacle before them. I would be interesting in viewing their footage from this spot, as I took a few pictures from the same location and the photos proved to be unusable. 
Service Dogs were yet another casualty of the cut and run policy in Southeast Asia. Out of 4,000 service dogs sent to Vietnam only 200 were shipped back to America.
Oh yes - there are Australian Vietnam Vets....
